Hello! I am a student intern working towards my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Nebraska Omaha. I am bilingual and offer services in both Spanish and English. I have interest working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and life changes. Life can be hard and it is important to make sure you are taking care of yourself and allowing yourself to keep moving forward. My theoretical orientation is emotion focused and utilizes a person centered approach to allow for collaboration in working toward your own personal goals. My goal is to create a safe space for open communication and positive change.
