Meet Noelle

Hello! I am a graduate student intern completing a Master of Arts in Counseling. My theoretical approach and training includes techniques from: Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy from a trauma-informed perspective. I am interested in working with young adults, adults, teens, and older adults, including couples. I am open to working with clients who want to include their faith or spiritual practice in counseling.

My approach is generally collaborative. Therapy is about your personal growth and goals. I am here to support, encourage, and empower you, whether that means processing trauma or identifying new skills to practice. My goal is building a client-therapist relationship that makes room for honest expression, dreaming big, for acknowledging pain and difficulties, trying new things, overcoming obstacles, for celebrating, and finding ways to move forward.

Sometimes in life, we know our big struggle, and sometimes, maybe we aren’t sure what’s holding us back. Whether you are going through some big changes, struggling to maintain your normal, rebuilding from the lowest, or looking to optimize some things; Let’s figure it out together!
