Meet Diana
Diana Marie Graham (she, they, ella, elle) is an east coast New York native who decided to transplant their life to the Midwest for a calmer paced life. She received a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling at Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies at Purchase College State University of New York. Diana has years of experience working with a diverse population of clients, focusing on treating grief/loss, depression, anxiety, anger, relationship concerns, self- esteem, and trauma. Diana is bilingual and speaks both Spanish and English.
Diana prefers using an eclectic approach to therapy sessions which includes various therapeutic modalities such as: CBT, DBT, EMDR, Person Centered, Gestalt, and the Gottman Method for couples. They are an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and community member. Diana works with both individual clients and couples. Diana believes in tailoring therapy sessions specific to the individual or couple she works with. She focuses on client/therapist collaboration of treatment plan goals and enjoys teaching skills that can be utilized during sessions and outside of sessions. Diana's ideal client or couple are those who are ready to make a positive change in their lives.
