Hola! I am a Student Intern currently finishing the Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I have an interest in working with adults, young adults, teens, and pre-teens dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I am passionate about working with BIPOC clients and offer services in English and Spanish. My approach to therapy is person-centered and collaborative. I aim to facilitate client growth and change by providing validation, empathy, and promoting self-compassion.
